“SERVE Academy” organised by the Diocesan Youth Board is a 5D4N residential programme to equip and train young leaders, aged 35 years and below. With the focus on encountering God, and fanning their passion for God into flames, the programme aims to excite participants to SERVE and not to be served.

• Appreciation of Anglicanism
• Overview of Anglican History, Liturgy, and Different types of Worship
• Book of Common Prayer and 39 Articles
• Leadership Training
• Understanding Mission (Local and Foreign)
• Dialogues with Leaders of the Diocese of Singapore
• Sharing of life and building like-minded community within the Anglican Communion
