The DCA team is helmed by the Chief Administrative Officer, Ms Mabel Tan, who plays a key role in making strategic decisions to ensure that the DCA team operates effectively and efficiently.

The Bishop’s Office, Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resource, Information Technology, Membership, Licensing & Compliance, Property, Secretariat, Chinese-speaking work, Education, Missions and Youth.
